This is the most important distinction on the page. The ticket and Supreme Conqueror are Granblue Fantasy-side rewards. Damascus Ingot and Silver Centrum are the relevant Relink-side materials.
Eligibility checklist
To qualify cleanly, work through the official requirements in this order:
- Use one Cygames ID for both titles. The two games need to be linked to the same account for the cross-title bonus.
- Have a Granblue Fantasy account. The Bonus Draw Ticket is delivered to Granblue Fantasy, so a Cygames ID without a Granblue Fantasy game account is not enough for that side of the reward.
- Link Granblue Fantasy to the Cygames ID. Complete the normal Cygames ID linking flow.
- Link Granblue Fantasy: Relink - Endless Ragnarok to the same Cygames ID. Check the displayed account before confirming so you do not split the two games across different IDs.
- Own and launch the required full product. If you only linked during the beta or demo, that earlier link can still count later, but Cygames says you must purchase and launch the full version before receiving the bonuses for linking both titles.
- If you use an Upgrade Kit, own the matching base game. The Upgrade Kit alone is not a standalone entitlement.
- Claim rewards inside each respective game. The ticket is not transferred into the Relink inventory first.
I linked during the beta or demo. Do I need to relink?
Not necessarily. Cygames' current FAQ explicitly addresses players who linked a Cygames ID with the beta or demo version. That earlier connection can still be used for the two-title promotion after the required full-version purchase and launch condition is satisfied.
So the useful troubleshooting question is not "Did I link too early?" It is:
Did the same Cygames ID later see an eligible purchased full version launched online?
If the answer is no, finish that step before trying to relink accounts repeatedly.
Where do I claim the Bonus Draw Ticket?
Open Granblue Fantasy and use its bonus-claim flow for the linked account. The ticket does not appear as a Relink item because it belongs to the Granblue Fantasy side of the promotion.
For the Relink / Endless Ragnarok rewards, claim the corresponding bonuses inside that game. Cygames' promotion page deliberately separates the two reward groups, which is why checking the correct title is the fastest first troubleshooting step.
Common problems
“I received Damascus Ingot but no Bonus Draw Ticket.”
That usually means you are checking the Relink side. Damascus Ingot is a Relink / Endless Ragnarok reward; the Bonus Draw Ticket is a Granblue Fantasy reward. Open Granblue Fantasy and confirm it is linked to the same Cygames ID.
“I linked both games but the cross-title rewards are missing.”
Check three things before doing anything destructive:
- both titles show the same Cygames ID;
- the eligible Endless Ragnarok product has been purchased and launched;
- if you bought only an Upgrade Kit, the required Relink base game is present on that platform.
A reinstall is much less useful than verifying those account and entitlement conditions first.
“I linked the demo, then bought the full game.”
That can still qualify. Make sure the full version was actually launched with the same linked Cygames ID.
“I accidentally used two different Cygames IDs.”
Do not assume repeated linking will merge eligibility automatically. Verify which ID is attached to each title and use the official account/support flow if they do not match.
“I do not play Granblue Fantasy. Is the ticket useful in Relink?”
No. The Bonus Draw Ticket itself is not a Relink progression item. If you only care about Relink, focus on the Relink-side materials rather than creating an expectation that the ticket will appear in your inventory there.
Is this a preorder or DLC code?
No. The Bonus Draw Ticket is a Cygames ID link bonus. It is separate from the old timed early-purchase bonuses and separate from the optional character/DLC packs sold for Endless Ragnarok.
That distinction is useful because search results can mix several different bonus systems:
- early-purchase or first-production bonuses;
- paid DLC packs;
- Cygames ID single-title link bonuses;
- Cygames ID two-title link bonuses.
The Bonus Draw Ticket belongs to the last group.
