Cygames lists the ticket under the rewards obtainable in Granblue Fantasy when both titles are linked. The same bundle also includes The Supreme Conqueror, a Providence Series SSR summon.

Eligibility checklist: do this in order
- Have a real Granblue Fantasy account. A Cygames ID alone is not enough for the ticket: the official rules require a Granblue Fantasy account to claim Granblue Fantasy bonuses.
- Create or sign in to one free Cygames ID. Use that exact ID for both games. Before linking the second title, verify the email/account shown by the first one rather than assuming a console or Steam login is the same thing.
- Link Granblue Fantasy to that Cygames ID. Complete the game-account linking flow from Granblue Fantasy/Cygames ID.
- Link Granblue Fantasy: Relink or Endless Ragnarok to the same ID. A prior Relink link can count, but the two-title reward requires the Endless Ragnarok purchase or Upgrade Kit to be purchased and launched.
- Launch the purchased full version while online. A demo or beta link can establish the connection, but it does not finish eligibility on its own. Cygames says you must purchase and launch the full version before claiming the cross-title bonuses.
- Claim in each game, then check the right inventory. Cygames instructs players to claim rewards inside their respective games. In Relink, the publisher's launch information directs players to Sierokarte's Knickknack Shack and Claim DLC and Bonuses; then switch to Granblue Fantasy to collect the ticket and summon there.

Can demo or beta players still get the ticket?
Yes—provided you complete the full-version step. Cygames explicitly allows a Cygames ID linked during the Endless Ragnarok demo or beta to qualify later. The condition that matters is not how early you linked; it is whether the linked account later purchases and launches Endless Ragnarok (or has Relink plus the Upgrade Kit as applicable).

Common problems and the fastest recovery path
“I claimed a bonus in Relink, but there is no ticket.”
That is normal if you are looking in the Relink inventory. The ticket is a Granblue Fantasy reward. Check that the Granblue Fantasy account is linked to the same Cygames ID, then open Granblue Fantasy and use its reward-claim flow.
“I linked during the demo, but rewards have not appeared.”
First confirm that you bought and launched the full version, and that the base game is present if you bought only the Upgrade Kit. Rechecking the purchase account is more productive than reinstalling; the official terms say the Upgrade Kit alone cannot claim bonuses without the base game.
“I have two Cygames IDs.”
Pause before claiming anything. The promotion is limited to one claim per Cygames ID and per Granblue Fantasy account for the Granblue Fantasy-side bonuses. Confirm which ID is attached to each game and use Cygames ID support if they do not match; do not repeatedly relink in hope that a second attempt will merge them.
“I only want the Relink materials.”
You do not need to treat the Bonus Draw Ticket as a Relink requirement. Link Endless Ragnarok for its single-title Damascus Ingot; link both games only if you also want the two-title rewards. That keeps a helpful bonus from turning into a reason to start a second game you do not want to play.

Keep the promotion separate from normal progression.
